Live and long-term decision support to match resources with demand.
Each day brings a myriad of potential unforeseen events and changes, such as flight delays, cancellations, unplanned events, seasonal changes, national holidays and more. The passenger appearance is also subject to a wide range of variables, from the type of traveller, destination, or time of day - factors that can have a dramatic effect on when and how many passengers show up at the airport and impact its processes.
To efficiently ensure that staff resources are being used to their best advantage, and matches the demand at the right times, both long-term and real-time passenger appearance forecasts are essential. Knowing in advance what to expect, and being able to take action to lessen the impact significantly improves queue flow, helps employees manage load and processing more efficiently, and dramatically improves the morale of both staff and passengers. This, in turn, paves the way for positive reviews, increased revenue and satisfied, happy passengers.
“BlipTrack was a critical investment. The data has provided valuable insight into our operational performance across both our assets and processes. How we do it
BlipTrack measures and combines data from one or multiple technologies, such as WiFi and Bluetooth sensors, 3D cameras, people counters, as well as data from other third-party data-providing systems and units.
BlipTrack uses both real-time and historical insights to deliver reporting capabilities in a web-based, intuitive user interface with compelling visualisations. Because data extraction can be performed in any combination, you get quick and efficient integration into existing management systems. Analysis Platform
