“How many people are standing in line and for how long?”

In order to efficiently improve performance, reduce bottlenecks, streamline flow and improve the customer experience it is important that management are able to accurately measure how many people are standing in line and for how long.

BlipTrack provides both real-time and historical queue time, dwell time and flow data. The information, typically based on data collected using sensors, enable stakeholders to evaluate or challenge Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements with great accuracy.

The solution is able to measure queues with multiple flows and queues extending into other queues. It provides early warning when predefined thresholds are exceeded to proactively initiate countermeasures before the situation escalate, for instance by opening additional lines.

By adding third-party data sources, volume and show-up profiles forecasts can be created. This allows management to simulate the consequences of changing production capacity to automatically and accurately scale staffing resources with demand, both on the fly and for days, weeks and months to come, without affecting KPIs.

The data is presented in a web-based user interface with a series of dashboards with compelling visualizations, KPI graphs, Sankey diagrams and more. Data is extractable through various output facilities, including an open API-interface, allowing quick integration into existing management systems.
